A local mine was using a medium grade wear resistant epoxy to rebuild part of this cyclone but every time they took it down for service the coating was gone, leaving the base substrate exposed to the abrasive elements.  After years of asking them to just give us a shot, they finally agreed, applied Belzona 1812 (Ceramic Carbide FP) and found that our coating lasts more than double that of the competition.
